WHEN “MANGIARE” (EATING) BECOMES A CULTURE. A SYMPHONY OF FLAVORS AND TASTES: FROM “PARMIGIANO REGGIANO” (PARMESAN) CHEESE TO “PROSCIUTTO” (ITALIAN CURED HAM), FROM “MORTADELLA” (BOLOGNA) TO BALSAMIC VINEGAR, AND FROM “TORTELLINI” PASTA TO “FRITTO MISTO ALLA BOLOGNESE” (BREADED FOODS).

First day:

  • Afternoon arrival
    Possibility of minibus transfer from Bologna’s International Airport or Bologna’s Central Train Station to the Hotel
  • Hotel check-in
  • Early evening: welcome cocktail
  • Welcome dinner in the Hotel’s Restaurant
  • Overnight accommodations

Second day:

  • Breakfast buffet
  • Morning: transfer and non-guided visit to the “old” city of Bologna
  • Afternoon: Visit to a typical wine cellar and “colli Bolognesi” (Bolognese hills) wine tasting
  • Typical dinner in in the Hotel’s Restaurant
  • Overnight accommodations

Third day:

  • Breakfast buffet
  • Morning: transfer to visit a “Balsamic” vinegar old production site in Spilamberto (Modena) and vinegar tasting
  • Afternoon: free
  • Late check-out and departure
  • Possibility of minibus transfer from Hotel to Bologna’s International Airport or Bologna’s Central Train
