WHEN “MANGIARE” (EATING) BECOMES A CULTURE. A SYMPHONY OF FLAVORS AND TASTES: FROM “PARMIGIANO REGGIANO” (PARMESAN) CHEESE TO “PROSCIUTTO” (ITALIAN CURED HAM), FROM “MORTADELLA” (BOLOGNA) TO BALSAMIC VINEGAR, AND FROM “TORTELLINI” PASTA TO “FRITTO MISTO ALLA BOLOGNESE” (BREADED FOODS).
First day:
- Afternoon arrival
Possibility of minibus transfer from Bologna’s International Airport or Bologna’s Central Train Station to the Hotel
- Hotel check-in
- Early evening: welcome cocktail
- Welcome dinner in the Hotel’s Restaurant
- Overnight accommodations
Second day:
- Breakfast buffet
- Morning: transfer and non-guided visit to the “old” city of Bologna
- Afternoon: Visit to a typical wine cellar and “colli Bolognesi” (Bolognese hills) wine tasting
- Typical dinner in in the Hotel’s Restaurant
- Overnight accommodations
Third day:
- Breakfast buffet
- Morning: transfer to visit a “Balsamic” vinegar old production site in Spilamberto (Modena) and vinegar tasting
- Afternoon: free
- Late check-out and departure
