Every year many visitors are attracted to Bologna for its world renowned cuisine...
Now you can learn directly from the Master Cooks that work in the most famous Bologna’s restaurants, the ones that specialize in fresh hand-made pasta, "tortellini" with meat fillings, traditionally served in broth, or macaroni or "garganelli" or tagliatelle or lasagne…
We have arranged several different possibilities to enroll in one of our Cooking School sessions, with accommodation in our 4 star hotel in Bazzano, just outside Bologna.
Courses are held in the Business Rooms of the Hotel and in the Kitchen of the annexed Restaurant, where partecipants get "hand-on" experience.
Several on-site excursions (such as the Balsamic Winegar Tour or the Wineyard tour) can be arranged to enhance the knowledge of particularly interesting food processing techniques.
